- Issues reported more than 24 hours after the appointment.
- Situations caused by conditions beyond our control.
Cancellation and Eligibility
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund. Repeated late cancellations may also affect future booking availability.
